Products and Catalogue
UniTherm supplies industrial electric heaters, heating elements, temperature sensors (thermocouples) and related industrial accessories. Our catalogue includes cartridge heaters, band heaters, immersion heaters, coil heaters, infrared heaters, strip heaters, tubular heaters, silicone rubber heaters, drum heaters, heat tracing cables, nozzle heaters, flange heaters, circulation heaters, casted heaters, and more. We also supply air curtains, PVC strip curtains and other facility products.
Yes. Many of our products are made to order. If your application requires non-standard dimensions, wattage, voltage, sheath material, lead length, mounting configuration or other specific parameters, we can manufacture or source to your specification. Share your requirements or a drawing with your enquiry.
Yes. Our catalogue includes air curtains, PVC strip curtains, insect killers, hand dryers and electric heating pads alongside our core heating product range. These products are listed in the Accessories section of our catalogue.
Some products are manufactured by our team and some are sourced through established vendors. Sunrise Products has maintained this supply network since the early 1990s. The specific manufacturing or sourcing arrangement depends on the product family. In all cases, we take responsibility for the product specification and quality you receive.
In common Indian industrial usage, these terms often refer to the same product: a cylindrical heater designed to fit into a drilled bore. "Cartridge heater" is the more widely used technical term internationally. If you are looking for a pencil heater, our cartridge heater range will typically cover your application. Share your bore diameter and required wattage for a precise match.
The material depends on your application. Common sheath materials include stainless steel (various grades including AISI 304, AISI 316L), Incoloy 800, Incoloy 825 and mild steel. The right material depends on the medium being heated, the operating temperature and any chemical compatibility requirements. Our team can recommend the appropriate material when you share your application details.
Ordering and Quotations
Use the "Request a Quotation" form on any page of our website, or contact us by phone at +91-9811017492 or by email at info@unithermsolutions.com. Include as much detail as you can about your application, required specifications and quantity. The more information you provide, the more accurate your quotation will be.
Product pricing depends on the specification, material, quantity and delivery requirements. Because most of our products are configured or manufactured to order, we provide pricing through individual quotations rather than fixed catalogue prices. This ensures you receive an accurate price for exactly what you need.
Minimum order quantities depend on the product type and whether it is a standard or custom item. For many standard products, we can supply small quantities. For custom-manufactured items, minimums may apply based on the manufacturing setup. Our quotation will state any applicable minimum.
For the most accurate quotation, include: the type of heater or element needed, the application or equipment it will be used in, operating temperature range, dimensions (or bore diameter for cartridge heaters), wattage and voltage requirements, sheath or body material preferences, lead or termination style, quantity required, and any drawings or reference specifications you have.
Payment terms are discussed during the quotation and order process. Standard terms vary by order size and customer relationship. Final commercial terms, including payment, are confirmed in your purchase order and our order acknowledgement, not on the website.
For standard products, we can usually supply a sample quantity for your evaluation. For custom-manufactured items, we can discuss prototype or trial quantities. Mention your sampling needs in your enquiry.
Specifications and Technical
Watt density (watts per square centimetre of heater surface) is distinct from total wattage. The total power required depends on the thermal load; the watt density determines how intensely that power is concentrated on the heater surface. A high watt density in a poor-fit bore can overheat the sheath, while too low a watt density may require a physically larger heater. Share your application details (medium, target temperature, bore diameter and fit) and our team will recommend appropriate values for both total wattage and surface loading.
The sheath material must be compatible with the liquid or chemical being heated and the operating temperature. Material selection depends on the specific composition, concentration, temperature and flow conditions of your medium. Include these details in your enquiry and our team will recommend a suitable material, supported by compatibility evidence where available.
A heater is wound for a specific rated voltage and must be matched to the supply it will be connected to. Voltage and phase are independent parameters: specify the heater's nameplate voltage, the number of phases and the site supply arrangement in your enquiry. Our team will confirm available ratings for the product you need.
The fit between the heater diameter and the drilled bore directly affects heat transfer and heater life. A tight fit (small clearance) allows efficient conduction from the heater to the surrounding metal. A loose fit forces the heater to operate at higher surface temperatures to deliver the same heat, which shortens its life. Specifying both the heater diameter and the actual bore diameter helps us recommend the best configuration.
We supply thermocouples for industrial temperature measurement. If you have an existing thermocouple to replace, share the type designation (e.g. K, J, T), probe length, sheath material and connector style. Our team will confirm availability and quote a like-for-like or suitable alternative.
Our core catalogue focuses on heaters, heating elements and thermocouples. For temperature controllers, we can discuss your requirements during the quotation process. In many cases, our customers already have preferred controller suppliers or existing control systems.
Delivery and Support
We deliver across India, covering all major industrial clusters. For export enquiries, contact our team to discuss your location and shipping requirements.
UniTherm supplies heating products and components. Installation is typically handled by your maintenance team, equipment builder or electrical contractor. We can provide technical guidance on mounting, wiring and connection requirements to support your installation.
Lead time depends on the product type, whether it is a standard or custom item, and the quantity. Standard products in common configurations are typically available faster than custom-manufactured items. Our quotation will include an estimated delivery timeline for your specific order.
Contact our team with the order details and a description of the failure. We review warranty claims on a case-by-case basis. Warranty coverage and terms are stated in the documentation accompanying your specific order. Premature failure often points to an application mismatch (such as incorrect watt density or sheath material), and we can help diagnose the cause and recommend a replacement.
Company and Trust
UniTherm is the customer-facing brand backed by Sunrise Products. Sunrise Products has been operating in the industrial heating space since the early 1990s, building the supply network, manufacturing relationships and product expertise that UniTherm now brings to market through unithermsolutions.com.
Yes. We supply heaters and heating elements to OEM equipment manufacturers who integrate our products into their machines, tooling and systems. OEM enquiries can include custom specifications. Requirements such as specific packaging or scheduled deliveries can be discussed as part of the quotation process.
If you require specific quality documentation (such as ISO certification, material test certificates or inspection reports) for your order, include that requirement in your enquiry. Our team will confirm what documentation is available for the products you need. ### Editorial note (not for publication) If a current certificate is verified and supplied, update this answer to state the specific certification (entity, scope, certifier, validity) and display it on the website. Do not claim historical certification as current fact without a verified certificate.
Yes. If you have a heater that needs replacing, share the existing heater's specifications (or photos and measurements) along with information about the equipment it fits. We can match the replacement to your requirements, even if the original was from a different supplier.
